About Jarno
I work across product thinking, interface design and implementation. Internships and school projects taught me to move between user needs, frontend detail, backend structure and the testing needed to make those parts dependable.

My projects
These projects show the breadth of my work: independent product ownership, frontend craft, security-focused integration, full-stack collaboration and server-side logic.
Internship project for NORRIQ Belgium
An internal mobile application and SharePoint solution for NORRIQ Belgium that lets employees monitor current charging-station availability by office.
I combined analysis, design, branding, authentication, live data, testing and implementation in one independently delivered product journey.
Full-Stack Software Development
A bilingual movie platform with accounts, reviews, ratings, watchlists and a protected admin area.
A cohesive full-stack platform demonstrating my frontend craft, API integration and collaboration within a technical team.
UCLL bachelor integration project
An end-to-end IoT prototype combining a physical ESP32 vault, a secured web application, real-time events, database integrity and cloud deployment.
The project shows how I took responsibility in a team of six for security, data, review work and integration problems across frontend, backend, database and deployment.
UCLL team project
A functional point-of-sale system in which restaurant staff build orders, adjust quantities and complete a bill using multiple payment methods.
A working team prototype demonstrably supporting the full flow from product selection to combined cash and card payment.
UCLL team assignment
A web version of Battleship built by a team of four, with accounts, game data, bomb results, persistent logs, roles and management features.
Not a design showcase, but a functional team assignment in which I contributed as a full-stack developer across authentication, data relationships, game rules and administration.
Internships
02.2025 — 05.2025
Analyst Developer intern
I independently designed and built EcoCharge: from analysis, user stories, Figma and branding to a .NET MAUI app, secure Microsoft authentication, testing and a SharePoint web variant.
11.2024 — 12.2024
Analyst Developer intern
I investigated the charging-station problem, defined the scope and developed functional requirements, user stories and mock-ups as the foundation for EcoCharge.
04.2024 — 05.2024
Software testing intern
I worked on automated software tests with Robot Framework and Python and learned to analyse test results systematically.
Volunteering
02.2026
Build and event operations volunteer
I helped assemble climbing-wall components and stages, manage materials and signage, clean the venue and support cloakroom and VIP entrance operations.
